Three Variants for Distinct Frequency Segments
Gate length, bias point, and package are optimized per variant. The SiC substrate and thermal via architecture are common across all three.
Evaluation Kit and Sample Request
Evaluation samples are available for qualified system integrators. Each kit ships with the PA module, a characterized reference PCB, and bias sequencing documentation for safe power-up. S-parameter and load-pull data files are available through the customer portal after sample qualification.
